Planning for a post-covid landscape

Meet industry peers to discuss sector trends

Discover unique data-driven market insights

Thursday 4 February 2020, 11:00-13:00

Dear colleagues,

The year 2020 has been like no other in living memory, with severe impacts across all areas of the British economy.

Our Vacancysoft virtual summit gathers recruitment industry leaders to discuss what key sectors have experienced, how this will influence labour markets and what decision makers need to consider when planning for the months ahead.

Ann Swain, APSCo CEO, will chair the summit — which includes speakers from Britain’s largest recruiters in the pharma, tech, law and finance sectors.

The discussions are informed by the data analysis and market insights contained in our annual Vacancysoft Year in Review 2020 magazine, a publication being officially launched on the day of the event.

Attendance at the event is free. In addition to the debate, delegates can join peers on informal digital networking tables for one-on-one conversations.

Data-led market analysis

The analysis contained in the Year in Review 2020 magazine is based on proprietary data Vacancysoft publishes to subscribers.

In the last year, Vacancysoft published over 500k unique vacancies sourced solely from company websites — across professional, managerial, scientific and technical areas.

The annual magazine uses the data to provide insights by industry, professional area and region in the form of our annual magazine.

This free virtual summit will analyse the trends that emerge and focus on key sectors and discuss with industry leaders what this means for 2021 and beyond.

Live face-to-face networking

Our virtual summit is being hosted on Remo, a fluid and real-time digital networking platform that mimics the floor plan and authentic dynamics of a real conference. Among others, it enables Q&A sessions after presentations, quick polls for feedback and attendees to ask questions anonymously.

With a number of different tables and (if busy) multiple floors, delegates can quickly and easily join discussions to meet other attendees.  Equally simple is moving tables or stepping away to conduct a one-on-one meeting. An in-built feature also allows attendees to exchange virtual business cards.
